The Howgills

A visit to the Howgills is becoming a regular event for the Northumbria Backpackers. The weather forecast was bad, with rain and high winds forecast. As it turned out, the Saturday was not too bad, with strong wind and rain on the Saturday night. This resulted in the streams being very full of water and large areas of the pitch site turning into a stream.
